Our growing customer base provides us with multiple challenges, including our consultancy capacity to successfully implement our tool at new and existing customers. Baseline: in order to grow, we need to grow our capacity. Or do we have the opportunity to scale up our implementation services and solve this puzzle? Should we see scalable implementations as an opportunity to grow or as a threat to the quality of implementations? Also, what do customers expect of us? And how do competitors solve this puzzle? I will present the current Self-Service Implementation solution within the Business Unit I&R (NL) and invite you to join a discussion about the puzzle described above from a Marketing, Sales and Consultancy perspective.
