Working abroad: the current project and the future
Since January 1st of this year, the Dutch Learning & Development team has initiated the project 'Working Abroad.' The objective of this project is to provide Dutch colleagues with an additional opportunity to enhance their professional development by working at another TOPdesk branch, while adding value to other branches at the same time.
This presentation is all about sharing why we started this project, what it covers, the timeline, and where we stand right now. Together with a representative from the international domain People & Organization, we will also shed a light on the potential future of this initiative.
This presentation will be of interest to any colleague that might want to develop themselves abroad at some point in their careers and to any colleague that encounters requests to work abroad at this moment.
