During this session I will take you on a tour through the past, present and future of Agile at TOPdesk. Diving into why we chose to become an Agile organization, what it means for the way we work today and what you can expect in the future. I will also be sharing different frameworks/tools that can be used to facilitate this Agile mindset, like scrum/kanban/4DX and others.
