Who decides if an e-mail is delivered to the inbox or marked as spam? What can hackers do to abuse this? Can you prevent emails that you send from ending up in the spam folder?
After this presentation you should have a better understanding about how e-mails are sent over the internet. You'll be able to help customers faster since you know more about e-mail security, and you'll understand what we and our customers can do to prevent spam.
The presentation should last about 30 minutes, so there's plenty of time for questions.
