TOPdesk data-driven: a myth or reality?

We all know TOPdesk as an organization where freedom and initiatives are valued highly. We don’t have very strict or fully documented decision processes. But this doesn’t mean only gut feelings or people’s experiences are the basis to guide our organization. Over the last years several departments, teams, … have incorporate the use of data to make better decisions. Actually, you’ll be surprised how much we are already doing and what is possible.

For this, colleagues from different parts of the organization will join a panel debate. You’ll hear how they are using data to do their work smarter and better. In this debate we’ll explore what the possibilities and challenges are to become more data-driven.
