Service Automation is currently the main theme as we work towards delivering more Tangible Product Value to our customers (company goal). This presentation will show how global and local teams operate in close collaboration, streamlining efforts while building on each others strength, to deliver more value to customers in many countries. Several customer cases will be shared, demonstrating how Service Automation solutions positively impact their experience with TOPdesk, and showing the tangible benefits for these customers, as a direct results from our collaborative efforts.
