How Learning & Development can empower Employee Growth - Concrete actions that HR and Leadership can take now

In response to a low score in the Engagement Survey 2022, in Germany we took a number of actions to improve the Learning & Development of our colleagues.

In this session you will learn:
- how our employees assess their career opportunities at TOPdesk
- what we did (and are doing) to enhance these opportunities
- what vital role learning platforms can play in the process
- what concrete actions HR and leadership can take NOW
- how our action plan influenced the results of this years Engagement Survey

The session is therefore primarily directed towards international colleagues from HR and Leadership. Feel free to learn from our mistakes and successes.
