After working in several other companies and positions, I have been a proud member of the TOPdesk family since July 2022.
In my work as a HR Developer, I try to create the ideal conditions for our employees to develop their skills and talents and grow within TOPdesk.
My tasks include
- planning and evaluation of training courses, coaching, etc.
- identifying and implementing best practices in the area of employee development and talent management
- Advising and supporting talent and team leads all areas of personnel, team and organizational development
- working on improving our great company structure, culture and processes (e.g. improvement of teamwork, communication...)
